Fee in writing
If you want us to act, we write down the fee and what it covers before any work starts. You decide in your own time.
Buying a flat or site
Sale agreement draft, mother deed and title chain, EC, khata, tax receipts, approved plan, OC if it is a building.
Divorce or custody
Marriage certificate or invitation, address proofs, income details, children’s school records, any earlier complaint or court paper.
Police matter or bail
FIR copy or the number and police station, any notice you received, and names of people who know the facts.
Cheque bounce
The cheque, the bank return memo, any notice sent or received, and proof of the loan or transaction behind it.
